Founders Hall at Juniata College, nestled amidst rolling hills in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, serves more than 1,550 students. Dating back to 1879, Founders Hall is the college’s oldest structure on campus and houses many of the college’s administrative offices as well as some academic classrooms and conference rooms. Street Dixon Rick collaborated with the school to fully renovate one wing of this historic building while replacing an additional wing which was deemed unsafe and beyond repair.
- Modern glass connector designed to complement historic structure, bringing in natural light and distinguishing the historic renovation from the new construction
- Sustainable finishes used throughout new and renovated spaces including:
- cork flooring
- bamboo casework
- Paperstone countertops
- Exceeded school’s goal of LEED Certification to attain LEED Gold Certification
