Let The Sun Shine In. Did you know that research consistently shows students who attend schools providing natural daylight outperform those who attend non-daylit schools? Well designed daylit schools can improve students' academic achievement, productivity, and attendance, as well as lower energy consumption. Learn more here.

Welcome. Please join us in welcoming Matthew Fisher, AIA, LEED-AP, and Kate Reynolds, Project Designer, to our team. Matthew has been working on the MTSU Student Union and the Vanderbilt University Child Care Facility at Patterson Street. Kate has been working with Stephen Rick on several projects for Nashville State Community College.

New Project Breaks Ground. Work has just begun on the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew in Franklin. This project promises to provide members with a beautiful new sanctuary -- and to provide Franklin with a new gateway to the city. See the plans.

Work in Progress On days when we can't be on site at some of our favorite projects, we can always visit the webcam. We invite you to take a virtual tour here of Founders Hall at Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA. Juniata College is named in the most recent edition of the book "Colleges That Change Lives." Videoclip.

Celebrate. First Presbyterian Church/Oak Hill School in Nashville recently celebrated completion of new buildings and renovations.

Give. Our firm has been asked to take the lead in several professional programs recently. If you need a speaker, we would be happy to talk with you about ways that our expertise might be just what your audience wants to hear. Contact Sybil McLain at 615-298-2525 for more info.

Receive. We were surprised and honored to be recognized by the US Green Building Council Middle Tennessee chapter with the "Green Star - Corporate Contribution" Award in recognition of our commitment to solar energy. Photo.

Okay, enough about us — awards are great, but we'd rather have the satisfaction of knowing our clients are pleased. In honor of our clients, we also want to let you know these important projects were recently recognized with significant awards: Historic Franklin Presbyterian Church; The Commons at Vanderbilt University; and the Hortense Bigelow Ingram Upper School at the Harpeth Hall School. More.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season.
