Firm OwnershipE. Baird Dixon, AIA, and Stephen P. Rick, AIA, LEED-AP, are the firm’s principals and owners. Street Dixon Rick functions as a professional liability corporation (PLC).
Key PersonnelBaird Dixon and Steve Rick function not only as firm principals, but also maintain direct involvement with all current projects. Two other key individuals are Stephen L. Clendenin, AIA, and Chip Jones, AIA, both of whom are associates of the firm.
